I reached out to Amber Spaid regarding a 2019 Ford Fusion on their website and she referred me to sales associate, Matt McDonald. I met Matt at the dealership, we agreed to a deal and I left with the Fusion on their website and she referred me to sales associate, Matt McDonald. Bought a 2019 F150 that was practically brand new. The dealership itself has improved My experience with the sales person Amber after the sale was horrible. Follow up was not good. I was expecting various parts (antenna & tow hooks) from service and had to call the dealership myself to find out if the parts arrived. Also i specifically requested transfer of license plates from the vehicle I was trading in and that transaction was fouled up. I had to go to the dealership to rectify the issue only to find that the sales person had received the license plates but never notified me. More

We were looking for a used Ford Explorer but the ones they had on the lot were fancier than we needed, so we ended up buying a new less elaborate one.
