Amber was amazing, and even though they could not figure out what was wrong with my car. (Stupid car wouldn’t make the noise) my only issue is I told them I was waiting for the vehicle, I arrived at 7:45am out what was wrong with my car. (Stupid car wouldn’t make the noise) my only issue is I told them I was waiting for the vehicle, I arrived at 7:45am and by 12 had not heard an update, asked for an update, and waiting another hour to be told they had looked at my car in the morning and were going to call me because they “didn’t know” I was waiting. While I verbalized it and my paperwork for the work up showed “waiter”. More

I love my salesman, but I didn't like that I wasn't told that I could make a reservation for a rental ahead of time and that I could request certain type of car. The service staff should ask when they make that I could make a reservation for a rental ahead of time and that I could request certain type of car.
