Service department is comfortable and my scheduled appointment was on time. I was offered coffee or water. I was told my oil change was going to be 1-2 hours. I was later informed that some filters appointment was on time. I was offered coffee or water. I was told my oil change was going to be 1-2 hours. I was later informed that some filters needed to be replaced. I received a complementary car wash. My car was completed in 1 hour and 45 minutes!! More

Kelly Nissan has an amazing staff in Customer Service - the staff is always friendly and professional. Eva is a breath of fresh air - I so appreciate her with that amazing smile. She’s so patient with me, answering my questions, and keeping me informed regarding my car/cost.
