Each time I needed or requested a loaner vehicle when bringing my vehicle in for service, it's unclear whether or not a loaner is available and it's unclear what their policy is for the loaner vehicle. P bringing my vehicle in for service, it's unclear whether or not a loaner is available and it's unclear what their policy is for the loaner vehicle. Please describe the loaner vehicle policy up front. I tried to be proactive by bringing my vehicle in a day early and using a loaner car over night. Nobody explained to me that the duration you can have the loaner vehicle depends on the type of service you get. I was told the morning before that Otto had 3 loaners available, I took a detour from work that morning only to find out that the loaner cars were not available and I ended up wasting my time. Another suggestion I have, and it's my fault because I should have better explained my situation. I dropped my truck off in the morning for service, expecting to get it back over lunch and have enough time. I work about 15 minutes away and get 45 minutes for lunch. They decided to give me a carwash right as I got there, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes on my lunch break to get my vehicle back. I appreciate the complimentary carwash/vacuuming, but the dealer should ask if I have enough time for that. Next time I come in, I will coordinate to have more time. More
