I’m sorry to hear about the confusion and inconvenience you experienced regarding our loaner vehicle process. Your experience highlights the need for us to better communicate our policies, and we are currently reviewing how we explain loaner availability and scheduling up front to ensure more clarity going forward. Regarding your recent visit, I understand how frustrating it must have been to be told there were loaners available, only to find none were when you arrived. You’re absolutely right—availability can change quickly, and we should have been more proactive in explaining that reservations are required to guarantee a loaner vehicle. We’ll make sure this is communicated more clearly to all our guests in the future. Additionally, your feedback about the timing of the complimentary car wash is well taken. While our goal is to provide added value, we understand that time is a priority for many of our customers.
