Well I brought my car in for an oil change which was fine but Amber came to me with 600 dollars worth of things that needed to be done to the car and when I told her I couldn't do it now she let me know thes but Amber came to me with 600 dollars worth of things that needed to be done to the car and when I told her I couldn't do it now she let me know these things should have been done at 50k miles, well after looking at what the mileage was when I purchased it at 51 k I feel those things should have been done before selling me the car. How are you going to tell me these services were due at 50 k when I didn't even own the car then. Not happy More

Your advisor tried to charge me for a diagnostic test when he knew i it was free. On top of that I asked for a radiator flush that was gonna be the same price as a diagnostic. He told me he couldn’t do i when he knew i it was free. On top of that I asked for a radiator flush that was gonna be the same price as a diagnostic. He told me he couldn’t do it. So I asked the service manager that explained to me that it would be no cost for the test, that money could have went for the flush which I didn’t get and was recommended by Otto. So I really didn’t appreciate the way I was treated by Bill. More

Although service folks are nice, I always leave the dealership feeling that I have been over or incorrectly charged. The invoice system definitely needs to be made customer friendly. PS. This syrvey keeps telling me that I need to update anything marked in red for it to be sent. However, what is marked in red are only my negative comments. I am not going to change those comments to get rid of the red. More
