Hello and thank you for taking the time out of your day to write this review. We took a look into this and it appears that you purchased a vehicle from Steve. Steve said he spoke with you last week about this and mentioned the service department agreed to cover the cost of the touch screen. Our parts department has ordered the screen and we are waiting for it to come in. It could take several weeks.
