The greeting service people are friendly and want to help. They are a victim of the mechanics working on your car. Who are just in my opinion pretty bad. Wanted Inspection and new battery. They changed help. They are a victim of the mechanics working on your car. Who are just in my opinion pretty bad. Wanted Inspection and new battery. They changed the battery before the Inspection. Now I had to drive 150 miles before they could do an emission inspection. Not too smart. Glove box needed repair. They examine order and charge for part, go to appointment bring car in. oh! needs something else will cost more and more parts. No thank you I left. The mechanics their have to do too much trouble shooting to get to the problem and cost you a small fortune. Glove box never did get fixed and in worst shape then when I brought it there. Was told by 2 different people not to bring your Cadillac there I should have listened. Sorry just not happy. More

Otto has always done the job well, and always done the 'right thing'. This is my second Otto Cadillac and I'm very happy. (Other dealership - not so much. Beautiful vehicle but terrible experience.) Would not recommend Otto Cadillac. My car was dropped off in November for what I was told was a 5 day repair. It ended up being over 3 months due too back ordered parts. I asked se My car was dropped off in November for what I was told was a 5 day repair. It ended up being over 3 months due too back ordered parts. I asked several times for a loaner car and was told there was none available and there really wasn't anything they could do for me. After the repair was complete I was told there was still nothing that could be done for me. Once I escalated the situation directly through Cadillac I found out I could have got reimbursed for a rental vehicle the entire time of the repair! After 3 months of catching rides and borrowing vehicles I could have had a car the entire time! Never ever communicated that with me through the dealership. They took an issue that could have been solved immediately and dragged it out for three months without caring at all. Will not go back. More
