Dawn originally setup my appointment. Amber met me as I pulled up. She got me over to Dawn. I was given a loaner and within a few hours Amber called and said my car was set. She also informed me of the shuttle service Otto provides. Great service keeps me coming back. More

free oil change expired and was charged when I was on the telephone when making the appointment it would be free. Had the girl double check because if I had to at I would not have driven an hour one way the telephone when making the appointment it would be free. Complete turn off. I am upset about the whole thing. The manager should have covered it and apologized for the mistake. More

Service at Otto is always good. I normally give 5 stars butt the oil change and tire rotation on my car took over 1 1/2 hours to complete. Outstanding service department. Got me in right away, not truly knowing the issue. Promp, courteous and excellent at explaining what needs to be done. As it is with all dealers, the cost of service is way too high. I leave my credit cards home because when I drive by a dealer I fear my c to be done. As it is with all dealers, the cost of service is way too high. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for Amber to get back to me on ordering parts for my Saturn Sky Redline. I have called twice asking for a simple callback for a status update if parts were ordered, can’t get pa on ordering parts for my Saturn Sky Redline.
