Amber and the entire Service Department at Otto Cadillac did an exceptional job of diagnosing and repairing my issue. I had a very intermittent issue and Amber did not relent on getting it identified and fixed for me. I am so happy knowing that my issue is finally fixed that I re-created a Facebook account just to provide this review and thank Amber once again for being the definition of the perfect Service Coordinator/Manager. If she’s not at the Manager title yet, she should be and she should be given a team to lead and train so they can learn how to provide exceptional service to customers that will never be forgotten.
