Everything was great except for our interaction with Wendy. Seemed to have an attitude when we were picking our loaner car. Asked if a gas powered vehicle was available, since we aren't fans of electric Wendy. Seemed to have an attitude when we were picking our loaner car. We explained to her that we would be in around 5 to drop off our newly purchased car for the bumper repair. Per Mike C. She didn't seemed care. The repair was done quickly and professionally. But our first interaction with Otto service was not great. I know we purchased a Chevy but might taking to it DeNooyer going forward. Have never had any issues whatsoever there. More
