Impulse Buy but Like the Car Ok, so I originally went to Murray Hill expecting to drive an AWD vehicle and was disappointed that I chose to buy a FWD Edge instead. I felt that I had made an impulse buy and called the dealership 2 days later to express my disappointment. Amir Asadi called me back with options to assist with my “impulse buy.” By that time, I had decided that I did like the Edge and would keep it. He assured me that Murray Hill Ford would be glad to assist me with any problems which may occur in the future with my new car. My family recently took the Ford Edge on vacation in the mountains and thoroughly enjoyed the handling and comfort of the vehicle. I’ve yet to use Murray Hill’s service department, but if they are as professional as Sales, I’m sure that I will be pleased. More
