My purpose today was to have my car serviced. Right from the beginning I was greeted by Julio who always remembers me by my name. Another gentleman walked me over to Mark I didn't get his name bu Right from the beginning I was greeted by Julio who always remembers me by my name. Another gentleman walked me over to Mark I didn't get his name but very professional. Really no wait at all and Mark was very thorough and patient. He answered all my questions and was very personable. I also asked him a last minute question and was on top of it. He ended up getting my answer right as I was leaving.
