Amy is amazing. She is the reason I will return to West Chester BMW. I purchased the car from Devon and prefer WC hands down. I received a call from BMW Corporate She is the reason I will return to West Chester BMW. I purchased the car from Devon and prefer WC hands down. I received a call from BMW Corporate and was appalled by lack of concern they had with the issue I was having with the NEW X3 I purchased. Specially, Ron (at Corporate) was THE WORST and in my opinion, tarnished your brand's name. He was rude at first and then became non responsive. Also made several promises to have my car looked at or fixed. Unfortunately for BMW, I was forced to share my issues with several coworkers because the issue i was having was specific to the infotainment system and affected my ability to make and receive text messages. Ron was extremely dismissive of my issues and I am appalled he has a role in BMW Corporate. Fortunately, I was able to work with Amy and the team at WC who listened to my concerns and ultimately fixed the issue. I am still unimpressed with BMW customer service and would likely NOT recommend a friend to buy one, but if they wanted one, I would tell them to call Amy at WC. Sorry, but I expected better from BMW. More

Check in time at 9 a. m. took a really long time. I brought my vehicle in for a faulty/broken latch replacement on the console storage compartment. Service wasn’t done un m. took a really long time. Amy was incredibly responsive, did a great job of providing updates along the way, and did not charge me or push expensive repairs of questionable value. Amy very wisely took a long term perspective providing updates along the way, and did not charge me or push expensive repairs of questionable value. Amy very wisely took a long term perspective to service a long time customer and not exploit the relationship for short term gain. Amy strengthened my loyalty to the dealership and I will trust and value her recommendations in the future. More
