Could not be happier with this dealership. If I could give 6 stars I would. Dealt with Matt, Craig and Amy and they made the process simple, pleasant and easy. I ended up Purchasing a used Lexus GX470 which we love. Over the years I have been to a lot of dealerships and had a lot of salesmen make me feel like I wanted to shower after I dealt with them. Everyone at Falmouth Toyota made me feel like they were trying to help me get the car I wanted - not sell me what was on the lot and make a fast commission. They gave me the information I asked for and got it to me right away. They gave me time to think and research without pressuring me. They treated me the way I would hope to be treated when making a big purchase and financial commitment. At the same time I bought the car I had another car have a check up. They gave me a complete assessment and found some bad news and lots of good news. They explained how to deal with the problems, the most cost effective measures, and long story short, for a fairly small investment the car I expected to get six months out of I now expect to get 4 to 5 more years out of. They are awesome! Go to these guys. You will be treated with respect, dignity and honesty. My wife says we will never buy another car elswhere and (eventhough they are an hour and a half from home)she trusts them so much that she has already planned to make the drive to service our cars at Falmouth Toyota. Best experience ever! More

My wife, two-year old daughter and I went to Falmouth Toyota after having previously purchased cars from Hyannis Toyota. We went in looking for information and left the proud new owners of a Certified P Toyota after having previously purchased cars from Hyannis Toyota. We went in looking for information and left the proud new owners of a Certified Pre-Owned Camry. The Dealership was understated and intimate compared to the palaces other manufacturers are building in the area. I hope Toyota doesn't make the Murphys go the way of other local dealerships and require them to spend a fortune to fix a dealership that doesn't need fixing. Anthony Spagone was awesome, not only in the way he treated my wife and I, but also with how patient he was with our daughter who wanted nothing more than to steal every last one of his business cards! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We look forward to dealing with Anthony in a few years when we look to upgrade our Yaris. Matt Murphy, the Dealer's GM, came over to chat with my wife for a bit about her expeience thus far and even dropped off an activity book for our little diva! Once we decided we wanted to purchase a car that day, the process was smooth and efficient. And Amy Killoran? Please ... fabulous! In the end, we really felt like everyone we spoke to at the dealership wanted to earn our business rather than just expecting that it was theirs because we walked in the front door. I guess the sound bite would be, "the price was right, the trade allowance was more than fair and the people were fantastic." We enjoyed the experience so much that we will be bringing our other Toyota to Falmouth Toyota for all of its future service needs. More

I was extremely pleased with my car-buying experience with Falmouth Toyota and Anthony Spagone. I am always leary of heading into a dealership and held an assumption of being greeted by the stereotypica with Falmouth Toyota and Anthony Spagone. I am always leary of heading into a dealership and held an assumption of being greeted by the stereotypical not-to-be trusted car salesman. Not the case with Falmouth Toyota. When I stepped into the dealership, I was introduced to a Anthony. Anthony was very professional - asked me what I was looking for and guided me to the vehicle that met my needs (I knew I wanted to look at a Highlander and the features but not which model - SE or luxury, etc) After a test drive, he sat me down to address any questions. No pressure - clearly wanted to make sure I walked out understanding all I wanted to about the Highlander (I was also looking at Honda product). It took me a few days to get back to Anthony and I was surprised he wasn't hunting me down with phone calls (as the Honda dealer was). Once we agreed to what I felt was a very fair deal for the Highlander, Anthony introduced me to Amy to complete the financing. Amy was also very professional. On the day of pick up, as I waited briefly for Anthony to finish with another customer, two other staff asked me if I was being helped (not in a pushy way but clearly wanted to be certain a customer was attended to) [Mr. Murphy must be very selective in who he hires and also must have guidelines for how customers are treated.] My insurance company was not quick and, as a result, the final transaction and pick up took longer than we expected. Anthony was very patient and did all he could to help move the transaction along (contacting the insurance co. a couple times). During the day of pick up, Anthony also took the time to sit me in my new vehicle and walk me through the various features (including helping me set up the bluetooth) which I greatly appreciated. He also showed me the books, including a quick reference one - in case I didn't remember all he went over. Throughout the whole process, Anthony also made sure my kids and I were comfortable (offering drinks, muffins, etc). He made my girls feel so comfortable that they wanted to know when we could go back to see Anthony. I selected Falmouth Toyota after listening to two neighbors and their positive experience with Falmouth Toyota (one with sales, the other with service). I will now continue to go to Falmouth Toyota based on my own positive experience and will likely influence family and friends to do the same when they hear of the professional, customer-service focused Falmouth Toyota. More

Went in to test drive a newer model Matrix and fell in love with it. This was my first solo buying experience and Craig treated me like family. He was friendly,easy to talk to and negotiate with, and hone love with it. This was my first solo buying experience and Craig treated me like family. We were able to work out a price that I was comfortable with without those typical dealership games and gimmicks that so often happen when trying to buy a car. Amy was also very friendly and easy to work with. She even gave me a copy of my credit score! More

We found Mr. Collings very professional and answered our questions in a forthright and direct manner. We purchased Toyota 4Runner through Falmouth Toyota a week ago, and we can tell it was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Our sales consultant was Craig Kinney and financial manager was week ago, and we can tell it was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Our sales consultant was Craig Kinney and financial manager was Amy Killoran. We live North of Boston, and, after few disappointing visits to local dealers, we found the car we were interested in on cars.com. We contacted the dealership and got immediate response from Craig. The whole negotiation was done through emails and phone calls, and on the next day we drove to the cape to finalize the deal. The customer and financial service we received at the dealership were outstanding. Both Craig and Amy were very pleasant and professional and they had handled the transaction in the best way possible. We wish more dealerships were like Falmouth Toyota. We would recommend it to anyone. More

This was the third car we purchased from Falmouth Toyota. While there is a dealership closer to our home, we would think of going nowhere else than this dealership. The sales and finance staff are exceptional - they were good listeners, they went out of their way to get the car we wanted, and they assured that we were pleased with the vehicle when it arrived. The service department has always been helpful and timely, resolving any issues with our two Toyota vehicles when they occurred. We appreciate the fact that the owner is visible and available and makes a point of engaging customers. The culture at Falmouth Toyota speaks to customer satisfaction by being visible, supportive, while not overbearing. More

This my second purchase at Falmouth Toyota. Both times I ended up purchasing a former lease vehicle with low miles. My first Camry lasted 301,068 miles! And when the opportunity presented itself through Ken Collings to upgrade to a certified 2008 Camry, there was no hesitation on my part. And Ken made it so easy. I wasn't intimidated or coerced into something I really didn't want. I was encouraged to take the vehilce for a test drive and knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Ken was the most accomodating sales person I have ever met. Encouraged questions, explained everything clearly and very attentive to detail. When it came to the financial end of business, Amy Beth Killoran was outstanding. Never have I experienced such an easier financial transaction. Quick, thorough, and very professional. With both Ken and Amy Beth, I felt that they were as excited as I was about my purchase. It was like sharing good news with friends! More

Anthony saw us looking at Avalons on the floor and was extremely easy to talk to. He talking to me about the options, my needs, car wants and helping me find the right car not the most expensive car. Amy Beth explained the financing options and was helpful in pulling everything together. Both were professional, knowledgable and I would recommend everyone at Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking to find a new car. More
