My name is Amy Pickens Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. Having started in the automotive industry in 2010 I joined Germain in December of 2018 bringing with me a vast service background. Treating the customer as I want to be treated is my focus. I’m from Youngstown, OH and miss my family. The end of 2018 found our family relocating to the Columbus area. Matthew and I have two children Jackson and Brigid. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy spending time with my family. If I were to be a superhero it would be Wonder Woman. Why not? I enjoy taking our boat out, and gardening. When our family escapes for vacation, Nashville is where I like to head. No one knows but I get nervous to speak in front of a crowd. My favorite Honda is the Pilot and I look forward to assisting you with the service of your favorite Honda.

I was in Columbus visiting and needed some service on my 2014 Honda Pilot. When I got there for my appointment Amy Pickens took me right back to the service area. She gave me an estimate of the time it would take. Within a fairly short amount of time she called me to let me know what they were recommending and she also contacted my regular dealership service department to get more information. I was very happy to know that she checked with them. My car was ready earlier than expected and check out was quick and easy. I was very happy with Germain Honda of Dublin and Amy. 30k service Honda Civic Called and made an appointment. I got an immediate follow up email reminding me. I arrived on time and they were ready.
