My name is Amy Pickens Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. Having started in the automotive industry in 2010 I joined Germain in December of 2018 bringing with me a vast service background. Treating the customer as I want to be treated is my focus. I’m from Youngstown, OH and miss my family. The end of 2018 found our family relocating to the Columbus area. Matthew and I have two children Jackson and Brigid. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy spending time with my family. If I were to be a superhero it would be Wonder Woman. Why not? I enjoy taking our boat out, and gardening. When our family escapes for vacation, Nashville is where I like to head. No one knows but I get nervous to speak in front of a crowd. My favorite Honda is the Pilot and I look forward to assisting you with the service of your favorite Honda.

July 20, 2020 Scheduled Service I was greeted by Amy Pickens who introduced herself and welcomed me. She promptly recorded mileage etc and we went to her work station. My maintenance I was greeted by Amy Pickens who introduced herself and welcomed me. She promptly recorded mileage etc and we went to her work station. My maintenance minder was B1. Amy reviewed with me what should be done and made sure I had no questions.I agreed to her recommendations and proceeded to the waiting area. Amy was very courteous and made me feel welcome. More

I was in Columbus visiting and needed some service on my 2014 Honda Pilot. When I got there for my appointment Amy Pickens took me right back to the service area. Within a fairly short amount of time she called me to let me know what they were recommending and she also contacted my regular dealership service department to get more information. I was very happy to know that she checked with them. My car was ready earlier than expected and check out was quick and easy. I was very happy with Germain Honda of Dublin and Amy.
