My name is Amy Pickens Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. Having started in the automotive industry in 2010 I joined Germain in December of 2018 bringing with me a vast service background. Treating the customer as I want to be treated is my focus. I’m from Youngstown, OH and miss my family. The end of 2018 found our family relocating to the Columbus area. Matthew and I have two children Jackson and Brigid. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy spending time with my family. If I were to be a superhero it would be Wonder Woman. Why not? I enjoy taking our boat out, and gardening. When our family escapes for vacation, Nashville is where I like to head. No one knows but I get nervous to speak in front of a crowd. Amy Pickens and Germain really care about the customer. I had a warranty matter that the warranty expired two days prior to my service appointment. Not only did Germain honor the warranty but I was called I had a warranty matter that the warranty expired two days prior to my service appointment. I observed a minor issue with my car. And also needed the 2nd key for my Honda Pilot which I didn’t receive at the time of purchase. Both these issues were addressed & fixed promptly. I do not remember the n 2nd key for my Honda Pilot which I didn’t receive at the time of purchase. Both these issues were addressed & fixed promptly. I do not remember the name of the lady (probably Amy Pickens) who handled my car, but she was awesome from start to finish of the car services. More

You guys do a great job! The experience in the service dept. is great. You pull in for your scheduled appointment, stand by your car (by the way the garage is spotless, no clutter - white and shinny) and dept. is great. I met with Amy Pickens, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. She reviewed with me all that was to be done to the car and was even able to find me some discount! The job was set for a 3-3 1/2 hour window but, they were done in about 2 hours. This is the place to have your car SERVICED!! More
