Superb customer attention I want to start off by saying that I was referred here by a coworker, and I went in with an open mind. My experience started when I looked at the company's online website which is very user friendly. As soon as I finished my inquiry and sent my info, Amy called me withing 5 minutes. The next day when I came in, I was greeted by Trey who made sure to shake my hand and let my wife and I try the different vehicles that we wanted. When we picked out a vehicle, we waited a bit in their comfortable lounge area and it was made sure that we were comfortable. Tory sat us down and asked if we would like some snacks while we waited. We were then brought to financing where Matt came up with some numbers that fit our budget. . After the sale was final and I came in to pick up our vehicle, the service manager John came out and congratulated me on my purchase. My salesman Trevon Hubbard was AWESOME! 🤗 He was very helpful to my situation. He stayed in touch with me and made sure I got the things I needed. He even followed up after my service appointment to see how I made out. He needs a raise. Or at the very least can he get his picture on his business card. He should be appreciated and sometimes the small things show people appreciation. Carlos even delivered my plates to my house due to the fact I live about 40 miles away from S Easton. 👍🏼Thank you so much to everyone there who helped me to achieve my goal of purchasing a car and getting my license back. Thanks so much. The only reason you got 4 stars instead of 5 is because you had my car for a week and didn't make the repairs you said you were going to and I had to go back. And had you guys delivered the car you definitely would have 5 stars. But I do highly recommend this place they have a great selection of cars from high end to your everyday average car. And all the people there just make the experience that more pleasurable. More

I am a veteran returning from a 7 month deployment and alot of changes needed to be done to my insurance, registration, address etc that were frustrating and confusing to me. Jose took the time to help guide me in the right direction which is greatly appreciated. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted walking into bournes. Jose was able to make great suggestions and found me a better car than I could have imagined. I will definitely recommend bournes auto to my friends and family.
