Great buying experience I travelled from about 7 hours away. The vehicle I wanted to test drive was ready and waiting when I arrived. David P. was courteous and explained details of vehicle then let me take the vehicle on the drive by myself. The no hassle pricing was right on, a very good deal for the condition of the vehicle. They offered extended warranty but no pressure to purchase was refreshing. Picking up vehicle was also no hassle. It was prepped and ready to go once they put on my NY plates. More

Easy-going, friendly service, from the very first contact I was searching online for a Subaru Impreza within a certain price range and actually found a few options at different dealers in the area. However the first person to reply to my inquiry was Amy at Bourne. When I heard back from other dealers, they were quite aggressive and immediately trying to obtain my phone number and “sell” to me, however Amy’s tone was friendly and relaxed from the beginning. I had many questions on a Sunday evening (after hours), and she was so quick to reply to my emails that we were almost chatting in real time. Honesty, this initial online correspondence won me over and was the reason I chose to visit Bourne instead of another dealer. When I was greeted by Greg, I received even more of this genuine, friendly, and helpful interaction. Greg answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, but he always emphasized that the choice was up to me, and never once did I feel pressured. This is the first time I’ve bought a car by myself at a dealer (my previous car was purchased privately through a friend), and I was concerned that I might be pressured into making a hasty decision, or that I wouldn’t understand the process, but Greg guided me through everything and answered each question quickly and thoroughly. A special mention goes to John, who patiently and delicately removed my Boston residential parking sticker from my old car, so that I could park on my street when I got home without a ticket! He painstakingly scraped the stubborn stick off in one piece and was careful not to rip it - and the whole time we had a friendly conversation! Honestly, even the smallest, passing interactions I had at Bourne were friendly, and the price was right. The whole process was as smooth and painless as I could have hoped for and I’d recommend the team at Bourne to anyone in the area who is looking for a great vehicle! More

I got a significant amount of information on the website and communicated with Amy, who encouraged me to come in to see the vehicle I was interested in. Upon arrival, I was assigned to Trevon Hubbard, who made this a great experience without the usual "pressure" and made sure I was able too take the vehicle home in the name day. I was very pleased with my experience and will gladly recommend Bourne's to any friends looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Great purchasing experience! I had the MOST pleasant experience at Bourne's Auto Center! From the first initial email I received from Caroline, who answered all of my questions qu I had the MOST pleasant experience at Bourne's Auto Center! From the first initial email I received from Caroline, who answered all of my questions quickly and nicely, to Amy who was filling in for Caroline the next day and also answered all my questions, to Trey (aka the most awesome salesperson ever), to Shawn in Finance, I was blown away by how great everyone was. Everyone there is so friendly! Tori at the front desk was funny and helpful and she got me connected quickly with Trey who never once made me feel pressured to buy the car. He was helpful and kind, and funny, and I am so happy to have met him and to have him help me with a process I normally dread. He, quite frankly, is a gem in the world of car salesmen. Loved him! I am extremely happy with what I got for my trade-in, the purchase price of the vehicle, and the fact that they got me a lower interest rate for my financing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! In fact, my husband, who has bought all of his cars at the Herb Chambers Lexus said that he will go there when he needs to buy his next car. For him to say that.... that says a LOT! I know I won't go anywhere else going forward. Thank you Bourne Auto Center! More
