My first time ever entering into a Car dealership to purchase a car and things definitely went better than I expected. They were very quick to respond to my emails. I knew this was the dealership I wanted to go to based on the reviews I had seen and the price of the vehicle. I came in an hour early for my appointment and was helped within a few minutes. I dealt with David who was the salesperson as well as Matt who is in charge of finance. The experience is like no other I walked in was greeted with a smile by the beautiful young ladies working the front who also offered snacks / coffee. The best part of this place is the chill vibe which allows you to feel very comfortable. They allow you to go on a test drive on your own which was great. Their prices are very competitive and they do this because they have a “no haggle” policy which means the price is the price there is no negotiating which just makes for an easier transaction. I came in preaproved through DCU and they were able to pull that up and take care of everything for me right at the dealership. The one thing I was not too excited about is the $500 “doc fee” they have but this is a common fee among dealerships. Simply take that into consideration when you see the price of a car. I would recommend this dealership to all family and friends. Hopefully David will still be there next time to help me out! Thank you! I am extremely happy with my purchase! More

Good overall experience. This was a fairly easy car buying experience. The initial visit was easy to set up and when I got there to test drive the vehicle of interest it was r This was a fairly easy car buying experience. The initial visit was easy to set up and when I got there to test drive the vehicle of interest it was ready to go. After I indicated intent to buy, they (Mario) handled the next steps efficiently and stayed in close contact while we worked through the process. The only knock I have is that when I went to pick up the car it was discovered that my insurance company had not provided the information needed to complete the process. While I was still able to leave with the car (with dealer plates) I now have to go back to get my plates. This was avoidable and a bit of an inconvenience. Overall though, a good experience and I would do business with them again. More

Great car buying experience. I have been buying cars from Bourne's Auto Center since they opened in Easton as a small 1 room building. The people are friendly, professional and care about putting you in a car you love and can afford....! The last two cars I purchased which includes my daughter's car were done online. Amy got right back to me asking me questions about my lifestyle, price, what I wanted in a car. Perfect follow up. I met with Mario, ( he put me in my last car) who already had the cars I was interested in ready for me to test drive... from there It was Matt's turn who I requested (money guy), I had dealt with Matt in a previous purchase as well and wanted to work with him again. He found me a great payment plan for my car and I purchased it on the spot. One last comment about Bourne's Service Dept. Any repair, oil change, parts etc are handled professionally and in a no judgement atmosphere. Mike Clark is friendly and so efficient, like all of his employees who work with him, so much that my parents whose car wasn't purchased by Bournes (won't happen again :) ) have their cars taken care of at Bournes.... says alot about the people here. Love the place... clearly! More

Great car buying experience I can’t say enough about this dealership. After numerous car purchases over the years from various dealers, Bourne was by far the very best! It starte I can’t say enough about this dealership. After numerous car purchases over the years from various dealers, Bourne was by far the very best! It started with Amy being quick to respond via text to set up an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived the front desk was very friendly and professional and introduced me to my salesman Shawn. We went right over to his desk and started on the deal. Shawn was exceptional at his job being informative, no pressure, willing to work with me on the final number and most of all honest. The rest of the team seemed to also be the same way, with everyone helping each other out and talking to every customer not just their own and with a smile! When I thought it couldn’t be any easier, we then met with Carlos in finance. This is usually the pain staking part of all the paperwork but not today. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and was another employee who really seemed to enjoy working for this dealership. Kudos to the Owner, you can tell you care about your employees and it shows with how they care about the customer. Thanks again More

I'm still amazed that I'm the proud owner of a car I originally saw among a large collection of listings online a couple weeks ago. With the help of Shawn Weir and Carlos Machado, we were able to fly through the car/owner/maintenance history and get me behind the wheel in a matter of hours! More

5+stars I shopped for months for the car I wanted, test drove many, and Bourne's Auto Center had the 2015 Acura RDX I wanted for THOUSANDS less than every oth I shopped for months for the car I wanted, test drove many, and Bourne's Auto Center had the 2015 Acura RDX I wanted for THOUSANDS less than every other dealership in the region. I lived 50 miles away so I had high hopes that if I liked the vehicle enough to buy it, I could do it all in one trip. I filled out the credit app online early afternoon and worked with Trevon Hubbard and Amy Pawlowski before my appointment at 3 PM to finalize all details. I arrived a little late and the place was hoppin, but to my surprise within 5 minutes they had the keys in my hand for a test drive. The car was perfect, so when I arrived back we put together the deal. They gave me top dollar for my trade and here's the best part, I was in my newly washed Acura and on my way home just after 5 PM!! To test drive a car, have a trade valued, financing put into place, and new registration done in under two hours? The folks at Bourne's Auto Center are amazing! Great work Amy, Trey, and Shawn! More

Fairly quick and painless process to get a car! Great people - Greg and Matt were very helpful and knowledgeable!
