Service Dept. was excellent, but the scheduling people really dropped the ball this time! It took me many attempts to get in touch with you by text, phone and ema was excellent, but the scheduling people really dropped the ball this time! It took me many attempts to get in touch with you by text, phone and email. Finally, three days later I got through to someone and explained that I will need a loaner since I live an hour and a half away, as I needed full annual maintenance and brakes, along with anything else that you find. So, someone would call me back to schedule for that. When I got to my appointment, I was told that I did not schedule for a loaner and I had to WAIT. Along with that, I as told I needed tires and during servicing all my front suspension bushings needed replacement. As a result after waiting five hours, I missed having all the service needed completed, and you missed out on another $8,116 of service. On top of all this, you still charged me $70 to rotate my wheels when they were already off for the brake job. More
