It took me many attempts to get in touch with you by text, phone and email. Finally, three days later I got through to someone and explained that I will need a loaner since I live an hour and a half away, as I needed full annual maintenance and brakes, along with anything else that you find. So, someone would call me back to schedule for that.
When I got to my appointment, I was told that I did not schedule for a loaner and I had to WAIT. Along with that, I as told I needed tires and during servicing all my front suspension bushings needed replacement.
As a result after waiting five hours, I missed having all the service needed completed, and you missed out on another $8,116 of service.
On top of all this, you still charged me $70 to rotate my wheels when they were already off for the brake job.
