Horrible experience. Brand new BMW x7 paid for 85k is in the workshop just after 6 weeks. Over 5 days and still not clear what the problem is. Google says several people having the same issue. Absolutely pathetic. I was told Byron shall call after his day off (while I was towing my car on my day off) but he never did. So much role modeling for customer focus. We had to change all our Thanksgiving plans as the loaner given is a small car and we cannot drive as a family as planned for Thanksgiving. Horrible More

Anatoliy hit it out of the park with my pre owned convertible. I drove 5 hours to NJ without seeing or driving the car. It was beyond my expectations.
