Sales person was just fine, no problems but nothing exceptional either. Car was prepped nicely and on time. Business manager, Anderson, was efficient but with zero personality, like a cold fish. I also thought paperwork should have been prepped in advance of my arrival. Service advisor, name unknown , maybe Jeff?, gets 1 star- I called with a question and he never got back to me. I had to figure it out myself. Would i use them again? If they had the right car i wanted then probably. If i was just picking a dealer to work with probably not. More
