Awesome experience from the salesman, Parker, to the finance manager, Phil, and even the delivery specialist, Andi. This is my second vehicle I’ve ever purchased and my first experience at another deale finance manager, Phil, and even the delivery specialist, Andi. This is my second vehicle I’ve ever purchased and my first experience at another dealership was a headache. It was such a calm experience this time around. Parker and Phil made everything very easy for me. They were patient and communicated very well which made the paperwork process smooth. Andi took care of me and made sure everything worked on the car before I drove off. She even changed a remote battery for me. Something small but I appreciated it very much. Within 24 hours of seeing the car, I was assisted through financing (they matched a credit union rate!), educated about warranty packages, traded in my car and was taught how to use the navigation computer.
