All the features were explained and we felt comfortable to ask questions and discuss options. The delivery review was very thorough and we were excited to try out all the brand new features of our actual purchase upon pick up. We were disappointed in the rates for financing and limitations of the banks working with the dealership, which we ended up exploring on our own without the dealerships support. We shared this feedback in a follow up survey and received an email from sales management. Upon expressing our concerns, we never received an acknowledgement of receipt. Overall, the dealership was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and we would recommend this dealership to friends and family for their next car buying experience. More

The only thing I was disappointed about was when I asked him who was the previous owner of the car he said it was used as a demo and rental and after someone say to me ask for the history of the car wich I never new you can get this anyway it was late i already did all paper work but any way i did ask for and the history say different than the sales man said my husband and I were very disappointed so now i know in the future when I buy a used car ask first this kind of paper other than that i am very happy hopping my new car can stay in good condition always. More
