Definitely a c- I bought a used car from this dealer there were issues from the beginning that the service dept were never resolved. I had the car for 4+ years. This time although the sales person was engaging and made the buying ( technically leasing) experience enjoyable because he is New is not as knowledgeable as I would prefer. We were told we would have weathertech floor mats front and back - nope. The visit to pick up the car took 2.5 hours. The finance documents weren’t correct and I was surprised by having to make a car payment when I arrived. There were problems with the lease agreement and another person was called in to make the numbers work. He asked why I hadn’t been signed up for lease care which had never been mentioned to me. I will look for another dealership to service my cat. More

I knew what I wanted - a 2016 Forester manual shift which was on the lot, just off-lease. I came in late Saturday afternoon. Dmitriy Naumovich in sales was great, no pressure, pleasant test drive and he was thoroughly informed about the car’s features. Rod Pomerleau, the Business Manager, made the financial part and paperwork a breeze when I came back on Monday morning to finalize everything and pick up the car. Rod has a wonderful warm, upbeat sense of humor in addition to being efficient. After I finished with Rod, Paola (nicknamed “Andi”) gave me a thorough hands-on intro to the car, with an open invitation to come back and talk with her further if questions arise. I recommend Premier Subaru very highly, based on my terrific experience with Dmitriy, Rod and Andi - and the driving pleasure I am enjoying with my Forester! More
