Definitely a c- I bought a used car from this dealer there were issues from the beginning that the service dept were never resolved. I had the car for 4+ years. Thi I bought a used car from this dealer there were issues from the beginning that the service dept were never resolved. I had the car for 4+ years. This time although the sales person was engaging and made the buying ( technically leasing) experience enjoyable because he is New is not as knowledgeable as I would prefer. We were told we would have weathertech floor mats front and back - nope. The visit to pick up the car took 2.5 hours. The finance documents weren’t correct and I was surprised by having to make a car payment when I arrived. There were problems with the lease agreement and another person was called in to make the numbers work. He asked why I hadn’t been signed up for lease care which had never been mentioned to me. I will look for another dealership to service my cat. More

They were not only knowledgeable and helpful, but they also smiled a lot..and made it a fun experience! They were both very patient in answering lots of questions for me, so that I could feel comfortable purchasing this vehicle and being able to understand how to operate the many features the vehicle has. They also encouraged me to contact them directly if I have any questions going forward. There was a lot of good energy there, it seemed like they were almost as happy for me as I was. Thank you for a great car buying experience.!! More

I knew what I wanted - a 2016 Forester manual shift which was on the lot, just off-lease. I came in late Saturday afternoon. Dmitriy Naumovich in sales was great, no pressure, pleasant test drive and he was thoroughly informed about the car’s features. Rod Pomerleau, the Business Manager, made the financial part and paperwork a breeze when I came back on Monday morning to finalize everything and pick up the car. Rod has a wonderful warm, upbeat sense of humor in addition to being efficient. After I finished with Rod, Paola (nicknamed “Andi”) gave me a thorough hands-on intro to the car, with an open invitation to come back and talk with her further if questions arise. I recommend Premier Subaru very highly, based on my terrific experience with Dmitriy, Rod and Andi - and the driving pleasure I am enjoying with my Forester! More

Dmitriy was our certified sales associate and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable (with all our questions), honest and patient. Rodney, finance, explained the extended warranties clearly and answered questions. Andi, delivery coordinator, showed us the in and outs of all the features in our Forrester and there are quite a few. Dmitriy, Rodney and Andi also made it very clear that they were available if we had questions. After two weeks, we very happy with our new car. Jane & David S. More

Fantastic Car Buying Experience...Again This was our third car purchased from Premier, and the reason is simple...every staff member is welcoming, professional, and they really work hard to This was our third car purchased from Premier, and the reason is simple...every staff member is welcoming, professional, and they really work hard to satisfy the customer's wishes. When making a big purchase, like a new car, you obviously want to get the best deal possible. In my opinion, you will not find a better value anywhere else. You will not be pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. This is the only dealership where I never felt intimidated during the car-buying experience. You will be spoken to honestly, and you will feel that all staff members are sincere in what they say and how they treat you. I am very excited about our recent purchase and confident that when I return for service, I will be treated equally as well as when I test drove and ultimately purchased the car. I am starting to sound like an ad, but take it from this customer, you cannot go wrong purchasing a vehicle from Premier! More
