He was very friendly and informative about the Outback I was interested in. At no time was there any pressure or tactics to make the sale from him, it was all honest and upfront. He was easy to speak to. Theo worked his magic and got everything financed and within my goal of the monthly payments. After everything was finalized I met with Paola who went over the in and outs of the Outback instrument panel ( so many buttons! ). She knew exactly were everything was and what it did, she was incredibly pleasant. She helped me set up my blue tooth for the phone. These three Employees made my shopping experience wonderful and I will recommend this dealership when ever someone I know needs a vehicle. More

Paola ( Andi) was very thorough and patient in explaining everything. Both she and Parker were very accommodating, upbeat and positive and answered all my questions, making me feel particularly comfortable. I definitely felt if I had any questions in the future they would both be available and willing to help me. Andi conveyed a great deal of information about the car's functions clearly and simply in a short amount of time and that eased any anxiety I had about driving a new vehicle. It was overall, a positive experience. More
