At first we were considering looking at a few other brands but came to the realization that we were very happy with all the previous Outbacks we owned so we drove a new one and noticed that Subaru had made a lot of changes since out first one in 1995. As comfortable and safe as our 1995 was, the 2019 is incredible. My 2013 is still in excellent shape but when I decide to trade it in it will be for another Subaru. More

Now, when it was time to replace the car, I arrived at the dealership and 2 hours later had a car, a 2016 Crosstrek. Kevon was very helpful in helping me decide between the Impreza and the Crosstrek, and between the different used models in stock. He answered all the questions about things I was worried about. Rod was great at explaining what I was signing and he made it fun to spend a lot of money! Andi (Paola) showed me all the features of my car and was friendly and nice. I recommend Premier Subaru to others all the time. Getting a new car is always stressful for me. Thanks for making it so easy! More

He was patient and listened to our feedback during the negotiation process. Well done Dalton! Vehicle pickup took about 90 mins, however Paola was thorough in explaining the Outback Touring features. This was much appreciated as this is our first Subaru. Her patience and explanation was thorough and valuable.
