Easy and comfortable from start to finish! I had done some research and was pretty confident that my next car would be a Subaru, but I wasn't in a rush to purchase a car. OK could have been better, time-wise Salesperson very professional. My appointment was for 11:00am I sat for over a half hour without anyone paying attention to me or letting me know what Salesperson very professional. My appointment was for 11:00am I sat for over a half hour without anyone paying attention to me or letting me know what was going on. Short story, a sales person finally ask me if I needed anything and he got things going. Everyone was very nice, but it was hard to just sit there. Andi was very helpful once we were able to sit in my car and go over all the things I needed to learn about my car. (I arrived at dealership at 10:45, drove out at 12:30).
