Jason Meinero assisted me when I brought my Honda CR-V in for an oil change. I want to say that Staten Island Honda is an excellent car dealership. I have been dealing with them for more than 15 years. My most recent visit to have my windshield changed on my 2023 Honda Pilot is an example of how they will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They were the only ones who were able to get me the windshield in a timely manner, schedule the installation, and keep me informed of every step of the installation. I would like to thank Steve Risso, Joe DeLuca, Jeff Pasenkoff and Samer Moussa for their teamwork in getting the proper windshield and providing a great installation experience. Can't say enough about how all the members of this dealership work with each other to give excellent customer support. More

The day I went with an appointment to purchase a vehicle I had seen twice before, even went the day before to purchase but they did not have my paperwork ready on time, to be told it has just had a a deposi I had seen twice before, even went the day before to purchase but they did not have my paperwork ready on time, to be told it has just had a a deposit put on it ! SCAM.. buyer beware !!! Also he tried to charge me NY tax when I live in NJ.. was told by salesman I would be ok without deposit to pick up the next day because I couldn’t wait for the paperwork! The car was off the lot and it the basement! More
