No matter how much I liked Lexus which I drove for years I was ready to repla My lease ended and I wanted to downsize in pricing due to my retirement. No matter how much I liked Lexus which I drove for years I was ready to replace it with Nissan so I came to return my car, but Zee and Andrew were able to find for me a deal where I left with the beautiful NX 300 which I was able afford. They lie like a bad toupe I'll keep this short.....after spending a couple of hours on the phone with these guys (Frank M., Yomar and Armani) we finally agreed to a price for I'll keep this short.....after spending a couple of hours on the phone with these guys (Frank M., Yomar and Armani) we finally agreed to a price for a new LS500. Then, at the last minute, they tried to change the car on me to one with a lower sticker price AND THEN tried to raise the price over $1700.00! I sent an email to their GM to complain, who NEVER RESPONDED! Why would anyone want to do business with people so dishonest? Go somewhere else. They all,nearly, have the same inventory so find an honest dealership. More

service and detailing I took my car in for service and expected to get a vehicle loaner which was comparable to what I was leaving for service but received a vehicle that w I took my car in for service and expected to get a vehicle loaner which was comparable to what I was leaving for service but received a vehicle that was much smaller than mine. I couldn’t even fit my family in the back seat because of zero leg room. They kept my car for 5 days because I had a complimentary detail which was offered because my car was not washed the first two times it was serviced. Lourdes was Kind enough to offer the detail. Andre called to say I would be charged for the detail until I told him it was offered to me which I thought should have been noted since that is why I was given the loaner. Dropped the car off Friday and got it back end of day on Tuesday and was so excited to see the detail job due to the length of time I was away from my car. To my dismay ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the car was detailed. The trunk and roof had the say marks from moving my daughter to college the floors still had debris and the dash still had finger marks from the last service Since I couldn’t reach it to clean the area. They also left fresh scoff marks on the seats and gear shift. unfortunately I will no longer make the drive from Coral Springs to Pembroke Pines- too many disappointments with service. More
