Staff were very pleasant and helpful The COVID-19 is a new experience for buisiness but more attention could be paid to keeping both the staff and customers safe. I only saw the one Receptionist wearing a mask and couple others in another Dept - no requirement for staff to wear them nor for customers coming in. I realize masks are not a cure, but it does help to slow the spread and in public places where people have to spend a considerable amount of time in a closed room with multiple otherss it would be nice to see more attention to disinfecting and slowing potential spread of the virus being taken. As with most things, it requires a strong Leadership/management team and Humanity to realize "you are now your brother's keeper" - the fewer people who contract the virus the smaller the chances are you personally can contract it. More
