Great experience I called Andre after being referred to Orange Buick by my in laws, he said he had what i was looking for and that he was close to my price range. By I called Andre after being referred to Orange Buick by my in laws, he said he had what i was looking for and that he was close to my price range. By the time i got to the dealership a few hours later he informed me that he found me a vehicle with a few extras for less money than the first vehicle i was looking at. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle and will highly recommend Andre and Orange Buick to anyone looking for a new Buick/GMC. More

The the pick of the car was a rushed experience. The car has a scratch on the back door on the passengers side and a stain on the passengers seat. The pick up process was rushed to get the contract The car has a scratch on the back door on the passengers side and a stain on the passengers seat. The pick up process was rushed to get the contract signed. YOU Should have said "we can have the car ready for you tomorrow can you come back." The problem was that the car was from another dealer and time got away. I felt like if you didn't get the contracct signed that night the world was going to end. WAKE UP AND SEE THINGS THE WAY YOUR CUSTOMERS DO! The customer spending $30,000 shouldn't be put in that knid of a pressure situation. The management team should not put your sales team under that much pressure so that it gets passed on to yopur customers. Your sales folks were great but they were put in a pressurew situation because of you sales process. Andre is a GREAT SALES PERSON but once I said yes to the deal YOUR SYSTEM OF SUPPORTING HIM WAS POOR AT BEST. More
