My most pleasant dealership experience since the early '90s. Straightforward dealing, reasonably communicative maintenance department. I do wish the BSI parts problem on my VIN would be better-tracked and more quickly resolved -- I've reported it to maintenance three times since BSI crashed 200 miles into the new car delivery; you appear to have no practical record of the complaint and each has been addressed with assurances of parts availability in 'two to three months'.
