Andre and Rich were both a pleasure to work with. We live in Massachusetts, and instead of making us drive the long way back to the dealership to pick up the car, the Brewster Subaru folks offered to get the in Massachusetts, and instead of making us drive the long way back to the dealership to pick up the car, the Brewster Subaru folks offered to get the car registered in MA for us AND have it driven straight to our house! It was so refreshing to do business with an honest salesperson (Andre) at an honest dealership. I found a used vehicle online and submitted an inquiry. I’m delighted with our experience at Brewster Subaru. Andre was great salesperson! He was transparent, honest and patient as I decided on the right car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different options. After we purchased the car, he patiently went through each system, repeatedly when needed, to assure i knew how to work everything. On the way home I received a warning message in the car and texted him, he responded immediately! I don’t think I have ever felt so comfortable with a salesperson! And it didn’t stop there! Rich the business manager was great, and patiently explained the warranty options ( multiple times when I needed for clarification) I have purchased several Subaru’s but Brewster Subaru, although an hour from my home, will be my future Subaru dealer! More

Made an appointment with Andre and when we arrived he knew we were coming and was very organized. Drove a 2018 Crosstrek and bought it and the experience was great.
