Especially when it comes to service during the purchasing process of a new car. I am very delighted to report that my car buying experience at Helms Brothers exceeded expectation. Andrea Kass was my sales partner and she made the process very easy. She worked with me over phone and email for the entire process so I could stay focused at work and home. I decided to pick the car up in person or else she was ready and willing to deliver it to me personally wherever I was. I'm glad I did go int to pick up the car because the show room experience was just as excellent as Andrea herself. The showroom can be described as clean, well designed, comfortable, filled with smiling faces, and a no pressure environment. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. In comparison, I did go to two other dealers who had similarly nice showrooms but lacked the sense of togetherness that I got from Helms. Another reason why I went with Helms was because of their service department reputation. I would highly suggest considering Helms for the purchase or service of your Mercedes no matter where you live - they seem to find a way to make distance neither an inconvenience or a customer service level factor. The receptionist kindly welcomed me when I walked though the door, and all of the employees were interested in offering me a world class experience. Andrea Kass was a pleasure to work with, and she kept me updated on the status of my car on a daily basis. When the factory unexpectedly changed the delivery date, she had a loaner car delivered to my workplace by the end of the day. I was able to use the car on a daily basis until my new car arrived at the dealership. Andrea was easy to communicate with, she responded to e-mails and phone calls almost immediately, and she was truly interested in making me happy. The operation at Helms Bros, from top to bottom, is world class. The employees are exceptional, the customer service is top notch, and everyone there hopes to make your day better. I highly recommend Helms Bros. for your new or pre-owned vehicle, and I look forward to working with them in the future! More

Dodge Challenger SRT8 Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the people of Helms Bros. on the purchase of a Challenger SRT8 I had found thru an internet se Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the people of Helms Bros. on the purchase of a Challenger SRT8 I had found thru an internet search. From the initial contact with Andrea on the car, to negotiations with John and pickup of the car at the dealership with Peter, it could not have been a more pleasurable experience. Andrea first determined my interest in the car and John and I arrived at a sale price in very short order. John provided pictures of the car amongst the Mercedes on the show room floor and Andrea followed thru with all the paperwork necessary to have with us when we picked up the car. She also handled contact with our insurance company to get that in place. When we arrived at the dealership, Peter met us and showed us the car, which was clean and detailed, ready to go with a full tank of gas. (Professional touch as we had recently purchased an expensive Durango for my wife and the dealer had sent us on our way with half a tank). Peter completed all of the turn over documents with us, brought the car around front and made sure we had good directions for our return trip home, as well as a Helms gift package. Later that night, I received a call from John and Peter to ensure we had made it home with no problems, and that we were happy with our purchase. During this week, I received a followup call from a young lady to confirm everything was fine.
