After an in-depth search of vehicles and visiting several dealerships, we found one online at O'Daniel, 2 hours from home. Within 30 minutes of talking to Jeff, he sent us a customized video of a 12-seater Ford Transit. We bought it that evening. Jeff, Andrea, and the staff at O'Daniel is professional, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciate their follow through and efficiency of getting us in a newer vehicle the last day of my vacation :). I went into the dealership on Friday on my lunch break and my wife and I completed the process by 11am the next day. I had no issues trading in my vehicle, and no issues negotiating to the price my wife and I wanted to be at. I will definitely look to O'Daniel for the next vehicle we decide to purchase. More

She was very helpful and knowledgeable, plus a delightful person. We then met Andrea to set up the finances. She explained everything thoroughly and was wonderful to work with. When we picked up the car, Elizabeth was there to explain all the buttons and gadgets. She was great also. All together, these three women made it a fantastic experience. Wonderful, stress-free experience! I recently totaled my 2013 Ford C-Max. I loved everything about that car. After going online, I found the same car only it was a 2014 instead of a 2 I recently totaled my 2013 Ford C-Max. I loved everything about that car. After going online, I found the same car only it was a 2014 instead of a 2013 at O'Daniel in Fort Wayne, IN, about 7 1/2 hours from where I live! Nothing else I looked at came close to the deal they were offering it for so I decided to make the trip after several phone conversations with their staff. I got in touch with Shawn McSweeney who was exceptionally helpful and he put me in touch with Andrea Laux in their financing office. I have never felt so little pressure from a dealership! Andrea listened to exactly what I wanted and put together the perfect package for me! Although she had to leave early the day I drove up with my mom, she had everything prepared so all I had to do was show up, check out the car(which was perfect) and sign. Casey Costello took over for her and went over all the paperwork she had prepared for me. It is so refreshing to know that there are dealerships out there who listen to customers and don't try to pressure them into extras. This was the best car buying experience I have ever been involved with and highly recommend them to anyone in the area or not! They are worth the drive!!! More
