I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I’m 72 and have purchased a lot of cars but this is the best experience I have ever had. Andrea R had everything ready when I arrived. And the other staff who greeted me when I first walked in were so friendly and eager to assist me. Even my financing went great. I have to say I am so Impressed. In a day where all I have seen is an indifference to good customer service . This staff has a gold star. I am glad I drove 1.5 hours to get there. Andrea promptly reached out to me after my online inquiry and her friendly and knowledgeable responses convinced me to bypass a closer VW dealer and drive there. This is a dealership I would rate with the highest possible points. Keep up the great job. More
