Andrea goes above and beyond making sure you drive away in the car that is right for you with the best possible deal every time. The 2nd car I bought turned out to be a poor fit for me after only a few weeks (turns out I’m just not an SUV person and prefer a smaller car) so Andrea went back to the drawing board to make it right. It didn’t matter how long it took or how many cars I wanted to test drive to ensure I was confident about my choice. From the General Manager to the service department, when you walk in to that dealership it is clear that their #1 objective is that you walk out happy. You are greeted by everyone and they won’t allow anyone to wait without offering you a drink or assistance. They always thank you sincerely and let you know that your business is appreciated and worth fighting for. Andrea never fails to check in after you have had your car for a bit to make sure all is well and all your questions have been answered.
