The actual purchasing experience was fine. Mostly professional. The finance manager is fine, certainly not the friendliest. They also apparently shredded all of our documents including our Mostly professional. The finance manager is fine, certainly not the friendliest. But when we went back to the dealership so he could show us how the car actually worked, it was obvious that he has zero interest in helping us now that he’d made the sale. More

I live in NYS, and had bought the vehicle by corresponding with Jens Albrecht. I had to fly to Boston on a Saturday to get it. Even though my flight was delayed several times, he was very accomm corresponding with Jens Albrecht. I had to fly to Boston on a Saturday to get it. Even though my flight was delayed several times, he was very accommodating, and stayed in contact with me all that day.
