Six years ago, I purchased my first new Tiguan with Eric (and Eli). They were both so helpful and the process was smooth. Unfortunately, just before the holidays, I was in a car accident that left my Tiguan (and Eli). They were both so helpful and the process was smooth. Unfortunately, just before the holidays, I was in a car accident that left my Tiguan totaled. While it was so stressful letting the insurance process play out and trying to recover mentally and physically from the accident, my faith in the VW brand was further solidified by how my Tiguan had kept me safe considering. I also immediately knew that I would be back to Wellesley VW to see Eric and Eli for a new car. Fast forward to today, I drove home a beautiful new Tiguan. The reason for only 4 stars for the dealership is because of the unsatisfactory trade-in offer. This is after the dealership sent multiple messages that they wanted to buy my previous VW that I had purchased there. Yes, they explained their “policy” but they should stand behind their product. I went to CarMax and sold my old VW for thousands of dollars more than Wellesley VW was offering. More
