This is what it feels like when you're treated like family.. Just picked up my new GTI from Wellesley VW. I initially went in to look at a Golf Alltrack. Andreas, my salesperson let me take a new one for a spin Just picked up my new GTI from Wellesley VW. I initially went in to look at a Golf Alltrack. Andreas, my salesperson let me take a new one for a spin by myself and I loved it. We came to an agreeable number for the Alltrack but I couldn’t keep my eye off the GTI in the showroom. The manager, Paul Rowe, came over and told me to take my time and I could sleep on it. I love the low pressure environment that you only find at smaller mom and pop dealerships where you’re not treated like a number. I called Andreas the next morning and asked if we could do the same deal on the GTI instead and they made it work! I showed up with my dog in tow because I had just been hiking nearby and within an hour, I was in an out of the finance office where normally you’d expect the hard sell but the finance manager was easy going and a pleasure to work with as well. They even had milkbones in the service department for my increasingly rambunctious pup! This was easily the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had. With most dealers, there’s almost always some part of the experience that’s a little lacking but I found none here. I was treated like an old friend here and I’m recommending them to everyone I know. More

Will I buy another car here … most definitely I purchased two cars from this dealership ages ago … and when I was in the market for another VW I was delighted (and most pleasantly surprised) to fi I purchased two cars from this dealership ages ago … and when I was in the market for another VW I was delighted (and most pleasantly surprised) to find they were still here and still as exceptional as ever! My salesperson, Andreas, was unusually bright, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, patient and kind …. a pretty unusual combination in any human! And because the last year was exceptionally complicated and challenging for me, Andreas had to have the patience of Job … and he did! He let nothing stand in the way of giving me the best advice and sticking with me until I ended up with the exact car we (together) determined was best for me. He even found the 'rare' color combination I really wanted but was not thinking we would find, and made sure I got a really good deal! And even with all the complications of the Corona Quarantine in place, the wonderful folks in the service department went WAY our of their way to make sure I was able to get my appointment when it was time. Will I buy another car here … most definitely! Do I strongly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family … most definitely! More
