I purchased a used car and indicator light came on a couple days after purchase. I called Andreas and brought the car back in. The issue was addressed right away. the experience was very personal and i was able to get in and do the paperwork quick so i could be to work on time. We had a great experience working with Andreas. He was thorough and helpful during the car buying process. He took the extra steps to help make sure we got what we were looking for. Lisa was also a huge h thorough and helpful during the car buying process. He took the extra steps to help make sure we got what we were looking for. Lisa was also a huge help with my early questions and helping me book an appointment at the dealership. She even followed up with us that night and the next day to see how things went. I would recommend working with them and Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to anyone. Note: repairs to the used vehicle have been agreed to and scheduled.
