with 419000 miles on my 2017 QX80 my transmission finally went out. Lucky I bought the unlimited mileage 8 year wrap. New transmission was covered and because I did all my required services with the dealersh went out. Lucky I bought the unlimited mileage 8 year wrap. New transmission was covered and because I did all my required services with the dealership the process was easy, Service manage and the owners have my full respect and lets see if I can get this truck another 400k miles. Its hard trying believe that a Dealership will stand by your side when it comes to high mileage vehicles but this dealership has been good to my family for years. More

Dropped my vehicle off for service today. Sales manager for new cars heard that I had a bad experience at a different dealership with my detail in the downtown Chicagoland area.
