Thank you Mr. Conrad and Mr. Aller I am extremely pleased with my experience with Curry Honda. After having airbag recall work completed my Pilot's key came up missing...a very rare eve I am extremely pleased with my experience with Curry Honda. After having airbag recall work completed my Pilot's key came up missing...a very rare event, I'm sure, Mr. Aller had his people searching right away. When it was not located, Mr. Aller arranged to have a new key made but it wouldn't be available until the next morning so Mr. Conrad offered me his own demo car to use overnight. Those two gentlemen dealt with the missing key and my inconvenience immediately. At that time I was made to feel that nothing was more important than my satisfaction and well being. A situation that could have led to disaster was handled in a most supportive and caring way. Mr. Conrad was in control of everything and Mr Aller had his team searching for the answer to what happened to the key...and, thanks to those two men in charge, I could continue on with my day with only a minimum of my time lost. My family and I are most appreciative and we are happy Curry Honda customers. Thank you for the opportunity to praise Mr. Conrad and Mr. Aller. Sandy and David More

Service turned purchase I went to Curry Honda to have my Honda Pilot serviced. After it was checked the report wasn't very favorable. Right there and then I decided to get another vehicle. The Service rep (Tony Alicea) asked me if I wanted to speak with a sales rep. which I was, he then connected me with Andrew Bassett. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He helped me get into another vehicle the same day. I am greatful for their dedication to customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More

Leased my second Honda Accord. Andrew Bassett was our sales associate. He actually contacted me by mail a few times before we went in. We emailed a couple of times discussing what Andrew Bassett was our sales associate. He actually contacted me by mail a few times before we went in. We emailed a couple of times discussing what I wanted and my price range. He was able to help us lease a 2019 Accord. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various models. Ron in Finance made the "paper work" quick and painless! I hate car shopping, buying or leasing, but my experience was very good and I would recommend Curry, and especially Andrew Basset!! More

Senior Female Alone vs. Award-Winning Salesperson I previously and erroneously gave a 5-star review of Andrew Bassett on December 23 (around Christmas) because I was still in a state of shock and he t I previously and erroneously gave a 5-star review of Andrew Bassett on December 23 (around Christmas) because I was still in a state of shock and he told me I should give him 5 stars or he would be upset with me. It has since come back to bite me on the backside with an attorney, so I am now giving a real review. I had never gone alone to a dealership before but Mr. Bassett came recommended by the dealer's assistant service manager, Brandon, an acquaintance. I thought I would be safe and get some hand-holding, but I was wrong. Mr. Bassett has numerous awards and is a lifelong professional salesperson. I was no match for Mr. Bassett. I am 64 years old and have never dealt with such slick people as these in my entire life. I am a very cautious person who researches everything before making a move. This is not a case of buyer's remorse, because I chose the car I wanted after a great deal of research. I still want this vehicle. This is about a lack of transparency and overzealousness on the part of the Curry Honda staff. I was never told by Mr. Bassett that there is no difference in price between a lease and a purchase. I was told that 2 days later by Lundgren Honda who offered a price of $19,987 for the Honda HRV LX. I showed that price to Curry and they would not match it. I should have walked out, but asked Mr. Bassett to run some numbers for me. He first ran the purchase option with a loan ... it was too high. I did not ask him to work on a purchase again because I thought I would get a better deal with the lease. I asked him to run the lease numbers. They too were too high ... but thinking I was getting a better deal with a lease, I asked him to negotiate for under $400 per month. In a state of shock because he came back with $388, I said OK. One of my requirements was to receive no less than $4000 for my trade-in as it was worth almost $4500 as a trade-in, which I would sell privately if need be. I was given $3,350, which I did not even realize because I was given one-page of paperwork. I had to look hard. Also, I was coming down with the flu and 103 degree fever ... which lasted six weeks ... and didn't even look at the paperwork or drive the car since purchasing it for about two weeks. I was also talked into road hazard insurance which was outrageously expensive. I refused it 3 times, but was pushed and pushed by the finance person. I want to cancel it, but they are requesting a $50 fee to do so. This pushed my monthly lease amount well over $400, which is beyond my budget. I have written several letters for assistance. I would like to cancel the road hazard insurance and change the lease financing to purchase financing. I would negotiated a good loan price with my credit unions ... who are ready to work with me. My response from Curry was a letter from an attorney ... No help ... this is buyer's remorse. No one from Curry even called me about this matter. I am currently working with senior organizations in the community to try and change this lease to a purchase and remove the road hazard insurance. Additionally, I work at a community service organization ... many dealers volunteer in the community. I find no evidence of Curry Honda volunteering in the community. More
