We were pleasantly greeted by John, who spent all the time necessary to answer our questions and show us the SUV. No inquiry was blown off as too basic and John treated us with nothing but respect. We were never rushed or pressured. Once the sales manager, Andrew, got involved you'd assume "here comes the back-and-forth haggling". However, we were offered a truly honest and attractive price from the outset. Between our interest in the vehicle and the transparent interactions over pricing, our choice was made that much easier. After some less than optimal experiences and plenty of other dealerships, we will happily return to John and Valley Honda for our future car purchases. More
