We had already visited other dealerships and it was a nightmare every single time, but when we walked into Valley Honda we were greeted with a smile and everyone was very professional. Our sales guy was Victor Ramirez and he was awesome. He never came across as pushy and always listened to our needs. He was very polite and always had a smile on his face. He worked hard alsongside the sales managers Andrew and Nick and they helped us buy the car that we wanted. They listened to our budget and they made it happen. What i liked the most about this delaership was that no one was pushy and they all listened to you. I also got to work with Mari in finance and she was also amazing and made the process super smooth. Everyone working there is going out of there way to make s From the moment I walked I to the dealership it was nothing short of an awesome experience. Everyone working there is going out of there way to make sure that your experience is great and you are as comfortable as possible. Constantly offering you beverages or anything that you could want. I had a specific car in mind and it was at valley Honda. Eddie Sanchez was the salesman that I dealt with when I was there. Eddie was very professional and very knowledgeable about the cars they had. He got my car I brought being appraised and took me right out to the car that I was wanting. He knew everything there was to know on this model and explained it thoroughly to me even surprised me a couple I didn't know. Being as I was set on this car we went in and started to talk numbers. Eddie did everything he could to get me into that car but it was still a little to much considering the value of my trade in I was willing to spend. He didn't stop there tho he brought me a list of there inventory and tried to find me another option. Nothing was really what I wanted cause I was dead set on this car. He went and crunch some numbers and then brought the sales manager Andrew Becker into the equation. My experience with him is just as good as Eddie and the two of them really worked with me in any possible way. Andrew even offered to have someone take me to drop my current lease off and bring me back which is an 1hr drive just to help lower the price. I really just wanted to get it done and over with at the end of the day Andrew made it happen. They gave me an awesome deal and honestly probably better then I should have gotten and I am greatly appreciative of that. To top it off there was a computer error and I should have been charged about 900 dollars more. Andrew came out and explained the situation and he still honored the price we shook on. If that doesn't show you the kind of people that are working at this dealership I don't know what else could. After all the paperwork was signed and completeled Eddie was there with my new car all clean and ready to go and going over potential things people may miss when cleaning out there old cars. It's the little things like that go along way. I would recommend working with Eddie and Andrew 💯 percent! Good guys and you will be extremely satisfied with the service and your purchase! More
