We did a significant amount of internet research before going to the dealerships. We visit one other dealer (not a Hyundai dealer), and then to went this Hyundai of St Augustine dealership. We test drove going to the dealerships. We visit one other dealer (not a Hyundai dealer), and then to went this Hyundai of St Augustine dealership. We test drove 2 different models. During our visit our salesman, Shawn Hays, was great explaining all the features of the 2 cars, how they differed, etc. We also met the General Manager. We told them we still wanted to do more research and they were very nice, didn't make us feel bad for wanting more time, and thanked us for coming in. At home, we continued our research, and decided to go back to Hyundai to test drive a 3rd model, the Genesis. We loved the car and it compared very strongly against the other auto we were considering. Before arriving, we had already decided on our price. They made an offer, which fit right in with our plans, so we completed the purchase. We felt the dealership was very "straight up" with us with minimal "sales pressure". We would recommend this dealership to friends. More

Initial contact was with Mr. Selph via email and voice providing me with information and pricing which resulted in my visit to the Dealership. Representatives/ owner of Hyundai of St. Augustine were friendly ,engaging,knowledgeable and professional resulting in the most pleasant auto purchasing experience of recent memory. My wife and I had specific goal ranges that had to be met, as we are retired on a fixed income. The initial salesman listened with an open ear and worked to make it happen. I wanted to sell my old vehi met, as we are retired on a fixed income. The initial salesman listened with an open ear and worked to make it happen. I wanted to sell my old vehicle privately because I didn't believe any dealership would give us fair value. Mr DiFeo stepped in to assure that it did happen as a deal maker. We appreciated that and have avoided the pain of selling privately. I could have sold the old vehicle for 500-750 more, but I realize the dealership has costs involved as well. Everyone that I worked with at Hyundai of St. Augustine were cooperative and obviously wanted to put me, the customer, first. In addition, they were really knowledgable about their products and didn't mind explaining what I didn't know. They followed up with anything about which I asked them. Although they were not "hard sell" and did not camp on my doorstep, just nice, friendly, informative, patient sales people, the kind with whom you want to remain friends and continue to do business. I would certainly recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to my friends. More

We sat down with Demetrius he was very very nice and Knowledgeble. He took my wife for a test drive in a 2013 Hyundia Elantra GT. When they returned we picked the car we wanted. I have purchased many new and used cars during my 67 years on this planet. Mostly it has usually been a trying and challenging experience of getting out with our vehicle of choice without felling as tho years on this planet. Mostly it has usually been a trying and challenging experience of getting out with our vehicle of choice without felling as though we may have lost our shirt in the process. I must say that our experience with the folks at St. Augustine has been totally opposite. Darryl, Shawn, Jimmy, Eddie and Andrew have bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. we ended up with the exact vehicle (2010 Genesis) we wanted, at a reasonable price within our budget, that looks and feels brand new not only to us but to all who see it. Lord willing we will never again have to go anywhere other than Hyundai of St. Augustine to purchase another vehicle. I have also had the priviledge of referring one of my emplyees to Darryl who provided his family with a very nice vehicle with which they are very pleased. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I hear mention they are in the market for a new vehicle. More

I've now bought four different Hyundai vehicles (for different reasons and uses) from this dealership, and enthusiastically recommended it to friends who have also bought vehicles there, and they, too, have been amazed at how well they were treated. This is what a car dealership *should* be like (and, sadly, rarely is), and I sincerely hope the owners can maintain that high standard of customer service---and friendliness---as their business grows.
