Great Customer Service I recently had an issue with a tire on a CPO vehicle I purchased. I sent an email to the GM who promptly responded and informed me I would be getting I recently had an issue with a tire on a CPO vehicle I purchased. I sent an email to the GM who promptly responded and informed me I would be getting a call from the service department. I received a call from Joe King and after explaining the situation to him, he said he would look into it and call me back. I received the call back as promised and Joe had worked out a satisfactory solution to my issue. Joe kept his word and was very professional through the whole process. I've had bad experiences with service departments from other dealers but these guys set the bar high ! I've bought 2 vehicles from Hyundai of St. Augustine and I wont buy a car from anyone else. Top notch ! More

Traded a '13 for a '15 and loving it. Took my '13 Sonata Ltd in for servicing on a Friday and Ray showed me the '15 Sonata loaded with everything. First question was does the passenger se Took my '13 Sonata Ltd in for servicing on a Friday and Ray showed me the '15 Sonata loaded with everything. First question was does the passenger seat move. They fixed it and added electronics so my wife no longer feels like she is sitting on the floor. After looking over all the great stuff on the car I told Ray to "make me an offer I couldn't refuse." There was some negotiation and I traded my '13 with 16K miles yesterday. I am happy with the deal and there is no comparison between the '13 and the '15. I will say, if you are going to get a Sonata, spring for the full package. Hyundai of St. Augustine is where I buy and have maintenance done. I live in the Avenues area of Jacksonville. More

Our experience at Hyundai of St Augustine was to say the least outstanding! We've never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a new automobile. Period! There was none of the typical antics one usually associates with the process. Shawn, Andrew, and Eddie are the friendliest and most professional gentleman we've met in the business. We were greeted by Mr. Shawn Hays and given a very thorough presentation of the Azera and Santa Fe. Shawn listened to and answered our questions completely. Shawn's product knowledge was very impressive, which was key to our decision-making process. We were given the opportunity to drive both cars and decided that the Azera would best suit our needs. Not once did we feel pressured. We settled on a very fair price. While seated at Shawn's desk, the owner, Mr. Andrew DiFeo, approached us, introduced himself, and sat down for a few minutes and engaged us in some light conversation which we thoroughly enjoyed. We next met Mr. Eddie Brooks, who prepares the financial and insurance documents. Eddie is a very pleasant man with an easy demeanor who guided us through this part of the process in a very efficient manner. It was a breeze. Finally, Shawn delivered our new Azera to us and proceeded to thoroughly educate us on the vehicles operating systems. We've never had anyone give such a detailed delivery presentation. Hyundai of St Augustine exceeded our expectations and provided us with the most pleasant car buying experience ever. We will be back! More

I was at this dealer having service done on my leased 2012 Elantra and was talking to Darryl Clark and he and his supervisor told me they could put me in a new leased Elantra for the same money I was pay 2012 Elantra and was talking to Darryl Clark and he and his supervisor told me they could put me in a new leased Elantra for the same money I was paying. I told them OK, but advised them I was from out of state, Colorado, and that there might be a title problem with the Disabled Vet tag transfer and gave them the phone # in Co to call and find out if there was any problem. They say they checked and there was no problem. It is now over a month and I am still on Dealer tags. In addition the monthly payment amount on the lease agreement for the new Elantra is not the same as what Hyundai Motor Finance says it is. Lease agreement says 273.09, Hyundai Motor Finance says 291.93, who is correct I have no idea. These problems started 11/02/2013 and have not been resolved to date. I believe the Mgt of this dealership are crooked and incompetant. It is too bad because the product is good and this is my second Elantra I would have to be really crazy to deal with any Hyundai dealer after all of these problems. More
