David Ortiz was up front and helpful throughout the entire process, and Shane Giese gave me a great price on my trade-in as well as a great interest rate with Volkswagen credit. Tyler Heck went over all of the numbers with me and made me very comfortable everything involved in the warranty and the deal as a whole. After my purchase July Salazar went over the entire car with me, bringing me up to speed with all of the new features of my purchase which made me enjoy my new car even more. Tyler Heck made us feel comfortable during the financial side of the deal and explained exactly what we were paying for and what options were best for our lifestyle.
